1. What services do you offer at your clinic?

We offer a wide range of veterinary services including wellness exams, vaccinations, surgery, dental care, prevention of parasites, pharmacy , and more to ensure the health and well-being of your pets and valuable livestock.

2. What types of animals do you treat?

We provide care for various pets and valuable livestock and poultry including cattle, goats, dogs, cats, small mammals (such as rabbits etc),chicken, birds etc

3. Do I need to make an appointment for my pet?

Yes, we recommend making an appointment to ensure that we can provide adequate time and attention to your pets and valuable livestock's needs. However, we also accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.

4.What are your clinic hours?

Our clinic hours are 5.00pm to 8.00pm in weekdays, Saturday 4.00pm to 8.00pm,Sunday 9.00am to 8.00pm.,Public holidays 5.00pm to 8.00pm

5.How do I contact the clinic in case of an emergency?

In case of an emergency during clinic hours, please call us at +94 772 310 515. For after-hours emergencies, please contact as the above number.

6.What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash currently

7.Can I refill my pet's prescription medication through your clinic?

Yes, you can refill your pets and valuable' livestock's prescription medication through our clinic. Please call ahead to request a refill, and we will have it ready for you.

8.Do you offer grooming services?

At this time, we focus solely on veterinary medical services and do not offer grooming. However, we can provide recommendations for trusted groomers in the area.

9.How can I prepare my pet and valuable livestock for their visit to your clinic?

It's helpful to bring any medical records or vaccination history for your pets and valuable livestock, as well as a list of any current medications they are taking. Additionally, please bring your animals in a secure carrier or on a leash for their safety.
